What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us: when you submit a contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, and message you enter. Forms are processed by Getform, our form-handling provider, and delivered to us by email.

We do not run advertising trackers or analytics scripts, we do not use tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Fonts and icons on this site load from third-party content delivery networks (Google Fonts, Cloudflare CDN), which receive standard web-request data such as your IP address in order to serve those files.

How we use your information

We use what you send us for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and, if you become a client, delivering the work you hired us for. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — to anyone, for any reason.

SMS / text messaging

If you provide your phone number through one of our forms, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Northcoast.ai LLC (northcoast.ai) about your inquiry. Messaging is conversational — message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with anyone except our texting service provider, Quo, which delivers our messages.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make this site and our phone line work: Getform (form processing), Quo (our business phone and text messaging provider), and Cloudflare (website hosting). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. Beyond that, we would disclose information only if the law required it.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry messages as long as we need them to serve you. If you'd like your information corrected or deleted, email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
